The SADCWIB is an organisation that is dedicated to promoting economic growth and development for Women Entrepreneurs, which is globally equitable and sustainable.
SADCWIB is more than just an association, it is a movement that aims to empower, uplift, and unite women across the SADC region, by fostering economic empowerment, knowledge exchange, and networking opportunities, with the aim to pave the way for a brighter and more inclusive future for women entrepreneurs.
We aim to empower, support and celebrate the achievements of women entrepreneurs and professionals, by enhancing their skills, knowledge, and exposure in a global setting.
Mission Statement
Drawing upon the rich cultural diversity and enterprising spirit of the SADC region and beyond, this initiative aims to create a supportive ecosystem where women can thrive and sustain the development and growth of their businesses, locally and internationally.
The SADCWIB initiative is set to make its mark as a groundbreaking and empowering platform for women across the region. Spearheaded by the SADCWiB Secretariat in collaboration with SADCWiB Country Representatives, this movement aims to foster women's economic empowerment and facilitate cross border networking opportunities within the region, and across the globe.
SADC Women in Business welcomes the participation of women entrepreneurs, professionals, and thought leaders from the Southern African Development Community and beyond international borders.
